Our process

1. You call us

When you contact us and let us know the issue you are having we will decide if the issue can be resolved remotely or if you will need to bring the device in. We also offer on-site repair.

2. Arrival and diagnosis

Once we receive your device we will immediately begin our diagnosis of the device. Once we know the issue we will contact you with the cost of parts as labor.

3. Repair

After we have contacted you and you have gave us the go ahead to continue work we will order the OEM (“original equipment manufacturer”) parts if we don’t already have them and begin the repair.

4. Return to the specified address

After the repair is complete and we have verified the issue resolved your device will be returned to you! So contact us today!
